How to access the certification final exam

Certification Final Exams are available through the Certification Hub. 

To obtain access to the final exam you must meet all program requirements. Once you complete all the requirements, exam access will automatically unlock and you will be able to proceed with the examination by clicking on the [ → Take Exam] button. 

Do I need to book a time to take the final exam?

All ITC certification final exams are online exams that you can take at your convenience. 

While there is no need to schedule a time beforehand, it is important that you allot ample time to complete the exam in one sitting. All exams are timed and once you begin you will not be able to pause the timer. 

Final exam format

Exams consist of randomized selections of multiple-choice, fill in the blank, matching, and multi-answer questions drawing on the full program curriculum. 

What happens if I cannot complete the final exam due to technical issues?

If technical issues occur (platform error, computer crash, or internet disruption), you may be exempt from the 30-day waiting period between retakes. However, if all exam questions were submitted, the exemption will not apply, as exam progress is tracked by the platform.
