Log-in Difficulties

Sign In

To sign into your Account, enter your email address and password on the sign in page. 

You also have the option to sign in with your LinkedIn or Google account. 

Invalid email or password

Ensure you are using your registered email address to sign into your account. Some students use their employer’s email address, while others use a personal email address. 

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset the password by clicking “Forgot Password?” on the sign in page. Enter your ITC registered email address and click submit.  You will receive an email containing instructions to reset your password. Follow the instructions contained in the email.
