The Insurance Training Center's Certified Cyber Liability Insurance Professional (CCLIP™) certification provides a comprehensive education in cyber risk, cyber insurance, and the broader liability and insurance issues that intersect with cyber exposures. Through the program, learners develop the practical knowledge and analytical skills required to evaluate cyber risks, understand insurance solutions, and confidently advise clients in an evolving threat landscape.
The CCLIP™ curriculum combines foundational principles with advanced topics in cyber liability insurance, including cyber threats, privacy regulation, first- and third-party coverages, underwriting considerations, claims, incident response, and emerging cyber risks. It also examines related insurance products and liability exposures that frequently overlap with cyber insurance, enabling professionals to understand how multiple policies may respond to a single event.

CCLIP™ Program Structure
The CCLIP™ program consists of nine core courses, progressing from foundational liability concepts to advanced cyber risk management and real-world application, plus three elective courses. CCLIP™ Certification Requirements
The CCLIP™ certification recognizes successful completion of a comprehensive program of study in cyber risk, cyber insurance, related liability exposures, and risk management solutions. To earn the CCLIP™ certification, candidates must:
Step 1: Complete all required core courses.
Step 2: Complete three elective courses.
Step 3: Successfully pass the comprehensive final examination (minimum passing grade of 75%) assessing both theoretical knowledge and practical application to earn the certification.
How to Enroll in the CCLIP™ Program
To enroll in the Certified Cyber Liability Insurance Professional (CCLIP™) program, you must have an ITC ADVANCE CERTIFICATIONS subscription.
